Bosnia and Herzegovina

Consumers on the territory of contemporary Bosnia and Herzegovina started to receive natural gas supplies from our country in 1978. After the break-up of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from 1993 to 1995 Russian gas was supplied under the contract with Progresgas-Trading.

Nowadays Gazprom Export has two acting contacts on gas supplies to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In 2017 under the contracts of Gazprom Export 251.4 mcm of gas was supplied to Bosnia and Herzegovina, including 178.5 mcm to Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo, 72.9 mcm to GAS-RES d.o.o.

The total volume of gas delivered under the current contract with Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo between 1997 and 2017 was 4.98 bcm. Under the contract with GAS-RES d.o.o., 157.6 mcm were delivered in 2015-2017.
